I'm glad someone picked up there dog shit so I didn't step in it but what about the person that owns this vehicle? What are they suppose to do with it? Also you cant see it in this picture but just out of frame to the left was a city trash can.

Shopping cart apocalypse.

On a recent trip to Target I came across these melted snowbanks which revealed shopping carts that didn't quite make it home.
